Rock climbing Nova Scotia is the first printed guidebook for rope climbing in Nova Scotia in 15 years. In that time, the number of crags and routes have almost doubled to 701 routes and 50 crags.

In searching for this guide, the authors made extensive sites visits, interviewed the key players in the development of climbing in Nova Scotia, collected rock samples and spoke with geology experts, and referenced all previous documented guides from 1976 and on. 

The result is not only the most up-to-date climbing guide for the province, but also the most comprehensive explanation of the geology of the crags and history of climbing in this region.
